At our store, we are grateful for your support and strive to provide high-quality, faith-inspired apparel that you’ll love and feel confident wearing. Because our items are custom printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We only accept returns and provide remedies for orders where we are responsible for an error or defect.
We appreciate your support and pray that every item you wear brings encouragement, confidence, and a reminder of your identity in Christ.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
2. Refunds
Once your return for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Return Shipping
We will cover the return shipping costs for any item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping fees. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of postage.
4. Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by our error
- Incorrect sizes or styles ordered by mistake (please review our size guides carefully before purchasing)
5. Notice to Quebec Residents (Legal Warranty)
The time limits stated above for damaged or defective items do not reduce or limit your rights under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. Residents of Quebec benefit from a legal warranty ensuring that products purchased must be durable and fit for their normal intended use for a reasonable length of time, given the price paid and conditions of use. In the event of a product defect covered by the legal warranty, the merchant will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to the consumer, including reasonable return shipping fees.
